Catherine was a gregarious, outgoing lady with a warm smile and a big heart. She loved being around people, made friends easily and people were drawn to her caring ways and vibrant personality.
Family and friends were always close to her heart. She loved cooking and entertaining and holidays were always a treat at her house.
Catherine loved to travel and learn about the world around her – and she never met a beach she didn’t like! But ultimately, she was always drawn back to her New York roots and the beautiful ocean waters of Long Island.
