Born and raised in Newark, NJ, he was an avid animal lover whose hobbies included finding and feeding homeless animals. Charles also enjoyed going to the race track and reading his Bible.
Charles was predeceased by his parents Charles Frederick Frank Sr. and Antoinette (Nee Schiraldi). He is survived by his wife, Roberta Siemering, daughter Paulette Burns, and grandsons Zachary and Luke Burns. He will be dearly missed by his brother, John Harold Frank and his wife Cathy, and his sisters Colletta Liccardi and her husband Ralph of Manchester and Marianne D’Angelo and her husband Charles of Manchester. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services are private under the direction of D’Elia Funeral Home. Burial of ashes will take place at Graceland Memorial Park, Kenilworth, NJ at a later date.
