Concepcion Rivera

Concepcion was born in Moca Puerto Rico, to the late Isaias & Maria Rivera.

Concepcion is survived by her dear children; Luz Hernandez, Luis Angel Colon Rivera, Miguel Colon Rivera, Nereida Colon Rivera and Anna Cosme. Her siblings; Chalo, Ito, Rojelio and Paco. Her beloved grandchildren; Lilliana Quintana, Luis A. Quintana Colon, Damaris Quintana Colon, Victor Quintana Colon, Zakia Evans, Isaiah Murphy, Kianna Murphy, Anita Colon, Tyshaun Cosme, Daysha Cosme, Shaquila Cosme, Gesenia Cosme, Rakim Cosme, Raquel Cosme, Luis Angel Colon, Angel Luis Colon, Luis Alberto Colon, Angelis Marie Colon & Eulysses Isaias Colon. She was also blessed with and leaves behind her many Great Grandchildren as well as other extended family and friends.

A Visitation for Concepcion will be held Friday, February 7, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at D'Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701. A Funeral Service will occur Friday, February 7, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM, 1300 Vermont Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701. Interment will Follow at Ocean County Memorial Park Cemetery; 1722 Silverton Rd Toms River, NJ 08753.
