Born in Brooklyn by parents from a Bari, Italy. Danny worked as a steamfitter. He served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. Danny was also a hardcore Yankee fan from his childhood.
He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Constance “Connie”, his son Daniel and his wife Margaret, his daughter Angela, his son Joe and his grandchildren Joanna and Dan.
Relatives and friends will be received on Sunday, October 16, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at D'Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Avenue, Lakewood, NJ 08701. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, October 17, 2022 at St. Luke's R.C. Church, 1674 Old Freehold Road, Toms River, NJ 08755. A committal service will follow at St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery, One Honey Locust Drive, Lakewood, NJ 08701.
