Eddie was a longtime bartender at Paul's Tavern in Belmar. He loved baseball and was at one time a pitcher for the Minor League Newark Expos. He was a longtime resident of Belmar, where he loved going to the beach.
Edward is survived by his beloved wife of 25 years, Julie. He is also survived by his brothers Christopher of Belmar, James and his wife Kris, of Neptune City, John Hogan of Metuchen, sister-in-law Gina Wright and her husband Benjamin of Brick and many nieces and nephews. His family meant the most to him, his brothers were his best friends and he loved his nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents, Edward J. and Bernadette Flynn-Holl and his siblings, Patrice Bryan and Michael Holl.
Services will be privately held by family.
