Eileen Galyas

One of eight children, she grew up with six brothers and one sister.

She was the loving wife of the late James Galyas for 64 years.

She is survived by her three sons, Joseph Galyas, James Lawrence Galyas, and Kevin Galyas. She also leaves behind seven grandchildren, whom she adored with all her heart, as well as two brothers, Robert Malone and Eugene Malone.

Eileen devoted much of her time volunteering at St. Clare's Church in Staten Island, New York. She loved playing bingo and taking trips to Atlantic City. Above all else, she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 15, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at D'Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Avenue, Lakewood, NJ 08701.

A Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Dominic Roman Catholic Church, located at 250 Old Squan Road, Brick Township, NJ 08724.

A graveside service will follow at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery, 350 Province Line Road, Wrightstown, NJ 08562.
