Ethel Margaret Pierce, known to those close to her as "Sis," age 96, of formerly of Toms River, NJ passed away on Tuesday October 15, 2019 at the Manor Care Health Services in King of Prussia, PA. The daughter of Ethel and John Lynch, Ethel was born on December 13, 1922 in North Plainfield, NJ. After living in Toms River for 37 years, she relocated to Phoenixville, PA for a brief time before moving to King of Prussia. She was a retired heat sealing factory worker for the Lettermen. Wife of the late Robert Francis Pierce; and mother of the late Barbara Rosenberg; she is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth Willner and her husband Sherry; Cathy Calvanese and her husband Rich; a son-in-law, Charles Rosenberg; five grandchildren, Debra, Rob and his wife Angelique, Ruth, Michelle and her husband Cory, and Eric; three great-grandchildren, Sophie, Zach, and Cole, and several nieces and nephews. Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in St. John's Church, 619 Chestnut Street, Lakehurst, NJ. Burial will be in St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery in Lakewood, NJ.
