Evelyn was a warm, loving woman, full of life, who was always there for everyone with a hug and a kind word. She loved to sing and perform on stage, singing as a young child and throughout her life. She spent many years doing various types of volunteer work both in and outside of the Catholic Church, and always gave of herself to others. At the age of 84, she published her first book called “ Pasta, Meatballs, and Apple Pie. Our Son John, A Love Story”, of which she was so proud. She was full of fun, and always made those around her laugh and smile. She will be greatly missed.
