Evelyn Freiermuth, age 53 of Toms River NJ, passed away Sunday August 31, 2014 at her residence. Evelyn is survived by her two children Harrison Freiermuth and Grace Adele Freiermuth; her mother Carol Brzozowski; a sister, Linda Kampel; a brother, Adam Brzozowski and his wife Stacy Brzozowski; her favorite Uncle Tony and his family and Justin Mooney, Marybeth Mooney and Benjamin Kampel. Evelyn was the light of our life and we will miss her terribly. Visitation will be Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. at the D’Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Ave., Lakewood, NJ 08701. Her funeral service will immediately follow at 4 p.m. in the funeral home. Cremation will be private.
