

Frances was born in Westwood, N.J. on October 29, 1926, the daughter of the late Patrick and Norah O'Boyle. She was a graduate of Westwood High School.
She worked for the public relations firm of Hill and Knowlton in New York City for 10 years before moving to Oradell., N.J. Later, she was employed by Rabbi Aryeh Gotlieb in the Jewish Community Center of Paramus for 23 years before retiring to Toms River.
She was a member of the Greenbriar Woodlands Garden Club, The Women's Group, Secretary of Briar Oaks Singles, and the recording secretary for the Deborah Hospital Chapter in Greenbriar Woodlands.
She loved good restaurants, reading, movies, and card games of all kinds and just loved life.

Frances was pre-deceased by her husband of 47 years, Wallace Campbell in 1995, four brothers; John, Thomas, Edward and James O'Boyle, a niece, Shelia Bittmann and a nephew, Larry O'Boyle.
She is survived by two sons; Michael and his wife, Janice Campbell of West Long Branch and Patrick and his wife, Barbara Campbell of Morgan Hill, California, four grandchildren; Allison Kramer, Christine Campbell, Harrison Campbell and Reed Campbell, a great-granddaughter, Amelia Kramer, four nieces, Kathleen Livelli, Maureen Lovaglio, Eileen DeVuyst, and Terry O'Boyle.
Relatives and friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at the D'Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Avenue, Lakewood, N.J. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at St. Luke's R.C. Church, 1674 Old Freehold Road, Toms River, N.J. Cremation will be private.
