Helen M. Sidtis

Helen M. Sidtis, 84, passed away September 7, 2012 at Brick Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Sidtis was born in Kearny and spent most of her life in Brick. Helen worked for the Monmouth County Court System as well as the Monmouth County Prosecutor as a Transcriber, Judge’s Secretary, and Paralegal retiring in 1991. She then worked for Wal-Mart for a few years as a retirement job. She was an avid slots player making many visits to Atlantic City. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by all. Mrs. Sidtis is predeceased by her husband Vincent, daughter, Donna Hirsch in 1996 and her parents Anthony and Helen Johnson. Helen is survived by her son Anthony Sidtis of Clinton, NJ, daughter, Kathleen Gentile and her husband Jerry of Boise, ID, and two grandchildren, Kyle and Ryan. Arrangements are under the direction of the D’Elia Funeral Home Rt. 70 & Vermont Ave. Lakewood, NJ 08701. Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 10:30AM at the Holy Family Church in Lakewood. Cremation will be private.
