Howard is survived by his children; George, Howard Kenneth and Richard, His grandchildren; Ashley and Kristen, he was blessed with one great grandchildren.
Howard worked for the Ocean County Park system for over 50 years.
Howard will be remembered for his love of nature, fishing & stock car racing. He will be missed dearly by all.

A funeral service will occur Friday, February 9, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM, 1300 Vermont Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701. An interment will occur Friday, February 9, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Greenville Cemetery, 1368 Ridge Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701.
