My life has never been the best but it’s always had the best people in it! I met Jeff the day I was born, he and my dad had been best friends all thru school. I also believe I fell in love with jeffrey the day I was born, all my child and early teen year memories include Jeff, Cory and Jeffrey from riding quads in PA to deep sea fishing in NJ! I wish things had never changed! I always kept contact with Jeffrey and POps from PA but I wish in my adult years, i would of been in their lives more and not just phone calls and social media! It didn’t matter what I was going thru, their answer was always just move back here, “you won’t regret it Ashhhhh”,they’d say! You always think you have more time… 
Anywho I never had better examples of what 
“real” , genuine, caring, compassionate, kind, loving, fun, big hearted men then my Jeff’s! When they say “like father, like son” these 2 were definition of that thru and thru! It’s very rare these days to have “water” that’s thicker then most “blood” but that’s how they were and I know not just for me! I have loved them forever, I will miss them always, as long as I’m living in my heart and on my mind you’ll be 🤍 rip I love you! Ashhhh
treated me, their love was unconditional and always there. Till it isn’t!

I was out taking photographs the day I heard about Jeff-and the beauty of the sunset was BREATHTAKING -thinking of all of you today x o

I've finished life's chores assigned to me, 
So put me on a boat headed out to sea.

To The Hogan Family,


Dear Jeffrey and Cory,
We are so so sorry to hear of your dad’s passing. You were born of a loving mom and dad who were and are so extremely proud of you both.


Your father’s passing has triggered a rush of wonderful memories for us. Remembering when your mom and dad bought the house on Eisenhower St. What a thrill for them. A great little ranch with such a beautiful big yard. Your dad went straight to lawn work and mom started planting. Together they hosted so many amazing picnic parties. The food was good, the company was good and good times were had by all. Do you guys remember the fun you had with the slip’n’slide?


There were so many happy occasions that were held inside the house; birthdays, christenings, Christmas, thanksgiving, first holy communions, you name it, they hosted it.


Saint Patrick’s day just passed and we remember how your dad loved to go to the parade up on Staten Island and then here in New Jersey. He was very proud of his Irish heritage. Corned beef and cabbage, yea!


Of course it can’t be forgotten how much he loved his Giants!! And certainly how much he valued the time with his dogs.

In this very, very difficult time boys, please know and feel how much you are loved by all of us, and that will never ever change.


Days and months will go by and then suddenly you’ll realize that you are laughing again. This is God’s gift to us all. The bible says there is a season for every purpose under heaven. One of those times, a time to die and a time to rise up. Your dad has died, but he has risen up into the arms of Jesus. Try to keep this knowledge close to your hearts. We pray that it strengthens and comforts you both.

  He was always very helpful and good natured.
