Josefina R. Vargas, age 87, of Lakewood, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at the Fountain View Care Center in Lakewood, NJ. Josefina was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, and was the daughter of the late Magdalena Molina and Ulpiano Cruz Hernandez. She is survived by two sons and eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great granchild. Visitation will be Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the D’Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Ave., Lakewood, NJ 08701. Her funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery, Lakewood, NJ.
