Joseph DeMarco

Joseph DeMarco, 99, passed away May 18, 2014 at Kimball Medical Center in Lakewood, NJ. Mr. DeMarco was born in New York City and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He worked for his family’s coal and ice business for many years before working for the Potdevin Machine Company. Joseph loved to spend time with his family. He was a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather who will be greatly missed by all. Mr. DeMarco is predeceased by his wife Alice. Joseph is survived by his daughters, Susan Soldiviero and her husband Raymond, Pat DeMarco, and Linda Mann, grandchildren, Jane, Michael, Desi, Jared, and Elizabeth and her husband Michael, great grandchildren, Virginia and Graham, and brothers, Lenny, Michael and Jack DeMarco. Friends may call Wednesday, May 21, 2014 from 2-4PM and 7-9 PM at the D’Elia Funeral Home Rt. 70 & Vermont Ave. Lakewood, NJ 08701. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2014 at 10:30AM at the St. Mary of the Lake Church in Lakewood. Entombment will take place at St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery in Lakewood.
