We remember Juan Jose “Chino” Williams, whose spirit departed from us on May 22, 2024 at the age of 68. Juan “Chino”, has left an incredible mark on the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him. Chino was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic on February 27, 1956. Chino moved to the United States during his teenage years. Chino was a jack of all trades when it came to his profession. He spent time as a welder, he was a building super for many years with IBEC, and he ended his professional career working at Public Works for Lakewood Township. It was always his dream to retire and return back to his country, and God allowed that dream to come to fruition in 2022. Chino enjoyed being in the Dominican Republic, specifically in the campo. Chino enjoyed spending time with his family, early morning walks to watch the sunrise, and anything sweet whether it’s ice cream or condensed milk straight from the can.
Chino leaves behind 4 children: Alex (Windy), Lisa (Phil), Yeslie (Miguel), and Jade; six grandchildren: Neeya, Allan, Daniel, Xavier, Caleb, and Liam, and 1 grandson and 1 great-granddaughter on the way. He also leaves behind a host of siblings, nieces, and nephews from New York, Florida, Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico.
Chino was loved by many and he will be truly missed. We will remember him, always.
