
Kenneth was born in 1920 in West Hoboken, which later became part of Union City, NJ. He graduated from Erickson High School, took pre-engineering at Columbia, received an engineering B.M.E. degree at Cooper Union, and a M.A. from Seton Hall.
Kenneth enjoyed a teaching career in Union City, Jersey City, and Ridgewood, NJ. He was president of the New York Color Slide club and was on the Nature Program committee at Ridgewood Camera Club. In 1959, Kenneth married Ethel Ruth Welti who he first met in kindergarten Sunday school at the age of five.
Kenneth and Ethel traveled widely, taught photography at Teaneck evening school, and gave lectures on slide show presentation and photography to various organizations. After retiring from teaching, he joined Teaneck Garden Club and became assistant director of the green house. He and Ethel lived in Teaneck until 2000 when they moved to Harrogate retirement home in Lakewood, NJ.
Kenneth is survived by his beloved wife Ethel of 52 years, his niece Jennifer Jean Wright and nephew Robert S. Welti, M.D. and many nieces and nephews.
