

Loretta Jaskolka Petto passed away peacefully on April 17, 2021. She was born in Jersey City, NJ and lived in Iselin, NJ before moving to Jackson, NJ in 1996. She was predeceased by her husband James in 1988 and parents Anthony and Mary Lese Jaskolka.
Loretta was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and Aunt. Her greatest love was her family, she cherished time with them. Loretta was loved by her family and is survived by daughter Joanne of Monroe Township, NJ; sons James and wife Karen Cassano of Washington, NJ; Anthony and wife Suzanne of Hillsborough, NJ; Joseph of Fredericksburg, VA and Thomas and Kathryn Kleinhans of Lebanon, NJ. Loretta is also survived by 7 grandchildren – Graham and wife Marissa, Kevin, Kate and wife Lily, Sam, Rachel, Molly and Wyatt and 2 great grandchildren Bryce and Henry, as well as her sister Barbara McKenna of Manchester, NJ and brother Anthony Jaskolka and wife Joyce of Toms River, NJ and many nieces and nephews.
Loretta was a member of Winding Ways Single Women’s Club, W. W. Bocce Club, Jackson Seniors and Red Hat Chili Peppers. She enjoyed traveling, China, Ireland, Italy, California and Florida and spending time with her many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. John’s Church, 22 Mulberry St, Newark, NJ 07102, or St. Mary of the Lake, 43 Madison Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701. A private service will be held for the immediate family.
