She was born on February 10, 1935, in Brooklyn NY, to Anthony and Celia Crocco. She lovingly married George D’Elena on June 8, 1957 getting to spend 67 years of their lives together.
Lorraine was a very outgoing person who loved traveling the world and seeing different countries. But above all, her family was her biggest passion and she enjoyed nothing more than big family gatherings. Lorraine always had the ability to bring energy into a room and made sure no one was left out. Although Lorraine is gone, she will live in our hearts forever.
She is survived by her husband, George; daughter Laura Gillies and husband Thomas; grandsons and spouses James and Sara Satterlee, Brian Satterlee, Ryan and Samantha Gillies Eric Gillies and Brendan Brink; and great grandsons Maxwell and Calvin Gillies. Proceed in death by her daughter Linda Satterlee.
A private family service will be held to honor Lorraine’s life.
