Mary Anne Mattsson

Mary Anne is the beloved wife of Carl Mattsson, married for 35 years. Cherished daughter of Bernard & Susan Pasquale. Devoted mother to Brian & James and dear sister of Bernie & Theresa.

Mary Anne was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Staten Island. She currently resided in Shrewsbury, NJ.

Mary Anne enjoyed spending time in Atlantic City with friends & family and her many trips to Mystic Seaport, CT with her husband.

She devoted much of her time to the well being and raising of her sons Brian and James. Mary Anne will be terribly missed by Audrey, her beloved Maltipoo.

Memorial contributions can be made in Mary Anne’s memory to Memorial Sloan Kettering.

A visitation for Mary will be held Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at D'Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701.

A Funeral Mass will occur Friday, May 12, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM at St. Luke Roman Catholic Church, 1674 Old Freehold Rd, Toms River, NJ 08755. Mary Anne will be laid to rest at St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery, 1 Honey Locust Dr, Lakewood, NJ 08701.
