Michael J. Petronio

Michael J. Petronio, 86, of Lakewood, New Jersey, died on Tuesday, August 14, 2012. Born on August 30, 1925 in Brooklyn, New York, Michael was a fan of card games, bowling, horse racing, coin collecting, and ceramic painting. More importantly, Michael was devoted to his family and friends. He was committed to ensuring the happiness and well-being of his loved ones throughout all of life’s challenges and joys. His love and generosity left a lasting impression on those lucky enough to have him in their lives.

Michael is predeceased by his wife Jacqueline, son John, sister Lucielle and parents John and Serafina. He leaves behind his daughter Karen, son-in-law Robert, granddaughter Leigh, and grandson John. Family and friends are invited to a Visitation on Friday, August 17th from 3 – 9 pm at D’Elia Funeral Home, Route 70 & Vermont Avenue, Lakewood, New Jersey. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 18th at 9 am at Holy Family Church, 1139 E County Line Road, Lakewood, New Jersey.
