Nancy T. Doyle

Nancy is survived by her devoted husband of 65 years, William M. Doyle. Beloved mother of her son, William M. Doyle, II and wife Maureen, and daughters Daria M. Sheehan and husband William, Marcy A. Sieminski and husband Henry, Jennifer L’Herbette and husband Bertrand, and Betsy A. Greene and husband Michael. She was the grandmother of William Sheehan and wife Stephanie, Brian Sheehan, Jennifer Sieminski, Jeffrey Sieminski, Pauline L’Herbette, Margaux L’Herbette, Emily Greene, Sara Greene and Christopher Greene. She is also survived by her loving sister, Cynthia Kowalczyk and her husband Edward.

She was predeceased by her parents, Ralph and Margaret Tucillo; her brothers, Maurice and Ralph Tuccillo; and a sister Jean Sposato.

Nancy graduated from Katherine Gibbs School and was employed by The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP), but she devoted most of her life to raising her family. All who knew her will remember her as a kind and loving person who will be sadly missed by family and friends. Nancy was born in Scarsdale, New York and was a resident of River Edge, NJ for 42 years before retiring to Lakewood, NJ in 1997. She was an avid tennis, golf and bridge player and was one of the founding members of the River Edge Girls Athletic League.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at 10:30AM under the direction of D’Elia Funeral Home at St. Peter and Paul Church, 129 Birch St, Mt. Vernon, NY 10552. Internment will will immediately follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, New Rochelle, NY.
