Nathan Bregman

Nathan Bregman, 81, passed away May 29, 2015 at the Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. Mr. Bregman was born and raised in Newark, moving to Irvington where he raised his family and to Union for 20 years before settling in Manchester for the past 13 years. He served in the US Army for 2 years, being stationed in Louisiana. Nathan worked as the Manager for the A &P Food Store in Newark and was the Owner/ Operator of both the B and B Liquors in Newark and Wen and Jo Trucking in Harrison for many years. He was a member of the Family Circle, Saturday Night Group and the Men’s Club in the Renaissance. Mr. Bregman loved to play poker, telling stories, working out, traveling and most of all spending time with his family. He was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother and will be greatly missed by all. Mr. Bregman is predeceased by the love of his life, his wife of 53 years, Rose and his sisters Anita Bregman, Marcia Rood and Edith Bregman. Nathan is survived by his daughters, Wendy Natale and her husband Angelo and Jodi Haskell and her husband Dan, grandchildren, Nicole Sheehan and her husband Robert, Danielle Krivak, Andrew Boettcher, Joey Natale, Melissa Haskell, Nick Natale, Ryan Haskell, Kevin Natale and AJ Haskell, great grandchild, Peyton Rose Sheehan, siblings, Aaron Bregman and his wife Elaine and Sydney Bregman and his wife Lila and his granddaughter’s beloved Pug, Taz. Funeral Gathering will be held on Monday, June 1, 2015 from 9:30- 10:30 am at the Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home 3010 Ridgeway Road Manchester, NJ 08759. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, June 1, 2015 at 10:30 am at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Riverside Cemetery in Saddle Brook, NJ.
