Patricia Hooks

She was born in Brooklyn, NY on November 22, 1943, and was the daughter of the late Margaret and William Hooks. She was a former resident of Brooklyn, Staten Island, and Lakewood before moving to Manchester four years ago.

Patricia served in the US Navy. She was a professional educator with the City of New York Public School System in Staten Island, NY. She is survived by her siblings, Bobbie Matthews and her husband Bob and William J. Hooks, and his wife Nancy; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the D'Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Ave., Lakewood, NJ 08701.

Her funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Thursday in St. John's Church, 619 Chestnut Street, Lakehurst, NJ 08733.

Her burial will be private in the St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery, Lakewood, New Jersey.
