Pedro Texidor Jr.

Born in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, Pedro was a former resident of Manhattan, New York before moving to the Lakewood, NJ in 1972.

Mr. Texidor was a security officer who previously worked at Lincoln Center in New York City and later the Kimball Medical Center in Lakewood, NJ. Pedro was an avid reader.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Yolanda Martinez Texidor; four children, Peter Texidore, III. of Bronx, NY, Michael Texidore and his wife Marcia of Rancocas, NJ, Gerald Texidor of Lanoka Harbor, NJ, and Scott M. Texidor of Toms River, NJ; a sister, Carmen; seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at the Mary Queen Of Peace Mausoleum in the St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery, 1 Honey Locust Drive, Lakewood, NJ 08701, on Friday, January 28, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. Entombment immediately follows in the Mausoleum.
