I only had the pleasure of seeing Mr. Kolbrener a handful of times, but was traveling with Bruce many times in the car while we worked together and heard the 2 of them speaking on the phone.
Mr. K was obviously extremely proud of Bruce, and the entire family; likewise, Bruce told me many great stories about both his Mom & Dad, and cared deeply for them both.
I could identify, since my Dad also was a Bronx boy from that same era- so I know what a loss this is, and you all have our prayers and support as you honor the memory of Peter Kolbrener- a truly good, good man.
