Dear Mr. & Mrs. Nemets, Andrew & Jennifer,
I just found out today about Stephen’s passing. I had been out of touch with Andy since sometime in mid-May of this year. My deepest condolences to you all.
I remember becoming friends with Steve in 7th grade at BF Junior High. I still reminisce with the fond memories we had playing and watching sports, video games, and spending time with you all and the extended Nemets family.
From my family to yours, we send our prayers and support to you all. May Steve be forever at peace in heaven.

Stephen:
My friend and colleague: your light was exstinguished way to early. As I sit and reminisce, my tears carry a heavy heart. You were and will always be remembered for your smile, your dancing and big heart. I am honored to have known you, worked with you and to have shared countless moments cooking, dancing and sharing drinking moments with you and my pal Florencio. You were and will always be an amazing soul that represented humanity. I will miss you and wish I made the opportunity to keep you closer to me after I left Hyatt. I send my deepest condolences to your family and friends. You were bigger than life and I will never forget you. My Hyatt family has lost a great soul.

My dear Steve(Mets)
I called you “Mets” remember? How sad I am when I got the news. The years we worked together, was fun.
The tennis we played and partner together, and beat the other couple. We talked about it the next day at work and laughed.
I will always miss you Mets. More so knowing when I go back to the Hyatt and not seeing you there. You are love and miss, the Hyatt will miss you too.
Rest In Peace my friend. You are in a good place now.
God bless your parents and families. Till we meet again. Love you, Nancy
My son Jeff who worked with Steve is also saddened.

My sincere sympathy to Steve's family and friends, I will miss him deeply. Steve was my only real partner for the electric slide at Hyatt events. Our next dance will have to be when we meet again. Steve was alway smiling and warmed my heart with his respect and kindness.

We didn't know Stephen very well; had only met him a few times, once when he was a patient at the hospital in New Brunswick where he remarkably recovered from a nasty auto accident. We do know his parents very well, Margaretta and Andrew, known affectionately to us as Bunny & Butch. It doesn't seem enough to say we are very sorry and our hearts go out to them, but we are and they do. It's unimaginable to really know what it feels like when life dishes out the loss of a child. Bunny & Butch you are in our thoughts and prayers.
