Theresa M. Scott

Theresa M. Scott (Woolley), age 53, passed away Thursday, May 5, 2011 at the Leisure Chateau Care Center in Lakewood, NJ. Born and raised in Long Branch, NJ, Theresa was an Ocean County resident since 1971. She graduated from Brick High School, the Naval Training Center Of Orlando, and as first in her class at the Naval School of Dental Assisting and Technology in San Diego, CA. Theresa’s greatest joy was being a devoted mother. Theresa is predeceased by her father Joseph Woolley and is survived by her dedicated mother Mary Woolley, her devoted husband Brad, her loving sons Jay and his wife Cecily and Michael. Theresa is also survived by two brothers and a sister in law Joseph and Barbara Woolley and Richard; three sisters and brother in laws Kathy, Mary Jo & Bill Owens, and Donna and Thomas Cianflone. Left to cherish her memory is her treasured grandchildren Bradley & Sean as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the D’Elia Funeral Home Rt. 70 & Vermont Ave. Lakewood, NJ 08701. Her funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral officiated by clergy from St. Mary of the Lake Church. Interment will take place at St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery.
