Thomas Sillito

Thomas Sillito, age 76, passed away on Wednesday February 9th, at Hackettstown Community Hospital in Hackettstown, NJ.

Born and raised in Newark, NJ, Mr. Sillito lived in Washington Twp.

He was a salesman for Phillip Morris Cigarette Company for many years retiring several years ago. He enjoyed making key chains and signs that were very creative.

Thomas is survived by his daughter Kathy and her husband Michael Bayne of Toms River, NJ; two sons Paul and his wife Amy of Rockaway, NJ; Tommy of Denville, NJ; a brother Frank Sillito of Asbury Park, NJ; a sister Catherine Turano of Brick, NJ; 3 grandchildren, nieces and nephews, a former wife Phyllis and his companion Terri.

Visitation will be held Friday February 11th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at the D’Elia Funeral Home Rt. 70 & Vermont Ave; Lakewood, NJ 08701. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday February 12th at 10:30 am St. Mary of the Lake Church 43 Madison Ave; Lakewood, NJ 08701. Interment will follow St Mary of the Lake Cemetery, Lakewood, NJ.

Donations in Mr. Sillito’s name may be made to the American Lung Association.
