Thomas R. Walsh Jr., 64, passed away on November 1, 2013 at the Fountain View Nursing Home in Lakewood, NJ. Visitation will be Sunday, November 3, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9p at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of the D'Elia Funeral Home.
