Born in Rochester, NY, he resided there for most of his life before settling in the Leisure Village Community of Lakewood in 1991.
Prior he retiring over 20 years ago, he was a Graphic Artist for a number of drug companies throughout his career, putting together their newspaper advertisements.
An Army veteran, he served in the infantry in World War II. He also studied Applied Art at what is now the Rochester Institute of Technology. Warren enjoyed fishing, camping and boating.
He was predeceased by his loving wife, Irma in January 2012.
Surviving is his son, Brian; a daughter-in-law, Jan; 2 grandsons: Dylan and Alex Holderness; and a sister, Carol (Van Gee) Taber.
All services and burial at sea were private and conducted under the direction of D'Elia Funeral Home, Lakewood, NJ, fulfilling a mutual accord and aspiration. The burial at sea will occur in the same place that his wife, Irma, was interred.
