What would I like to say? I would like to say that illness can be cruel; time even meaner. I am Wendys first cousin, only a few months older. We shared a beloved Grandma Sophie and we corresponded in my early years of marriage. I am now going through Grandma Sophies letters and cards and memorabilia. I felt whisked back in time and smiled at the many memories I have of Wendy and Keith and Uncle Fred and Gay. Out of curiosity, I looked Wendy up and with a heart wrenching tug, discovered her obituary. You are still in my heart, Wendy! I wish I had not lost the thread of our budding relationship way back when. XXOO
