Clara Richardson

Our loved one Mrs. Clara Thorton Richardson made her transition from earth to heaven on February 11, 2013. She was born January 15, 1938 in Montgomery, Alabama. Visitation will be held 4:00 to 8:00 PM Friday, February 22nd at the Mainland Funeral Home Chapel. Home Going Services will be 12:00 PM Saturday, February 23, 2013 at Greater St. Matthews Baptist Church, 6333 Highway 6 in Hitchcock. Pastor W. L. Randall, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Galveston Memorial Park in Hitchcock. Mrs. Richardson is survived by her children, Wilma (Jimmy) Jordan, Vivian Harris Moorer, Patricia (Phillip) Alexander, Jacklyn D. Alexander, Althea (Raymond) Thomas, Tommy Lee Harris, William F. Harris and Darryl B. (Elizabeth) Harris; a granddaughter she raised, Turquoria White; daughter-in-law, Sandra D. Harris; 7 siblings; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
