Elizabeth Washington was born October 13, 1951 in Oakland, California to Isaac Washington and Mary Harvey.She spent most of her adult life in California and worked as a Dietician.She passed from this life July 26, 2016 at her home. She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Harvey Washington and sister, Stephanie Jones.She is survived by her father, Isaac Washington; devoted sister, Brenda Hill; nieces, Shameka Hill and Henritta Hill; a loyal friend, Ruth Looney; great-nieces and nephews, family members and friends.
