On March 2, 2012, our beloved Rebecca Hobbs passed into her eternal rest at her home in League City. Born April 3, 1922 in Wortham, Texas, Mrs. Hobbs, a homemaker and seamstress, was a member of Faith United Methodist Church where she was a member of the United Methodist Women. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Clarence Hobbs, Sr., she is survived by her children, Clarence W. Hobbs, Jr. (Dahila), John Earl Hobbs (Mary) and Charles Wesley Hobbs; grandchildren, Ken Hobbs, Stephinia Hobbs and Gary Brown; brother-in-law, Jourman Hobbs; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews; family members and friends.
