Mr. Roosevelt Washington born April 17, 1938 in Brenham, Texas. He passed from this life on December 12, 2011 at Mainland Medical Center in Texas City, Texas. Mr. Washington was a Union member with National Maritime Union and sailed for 35 years. He was also a member of Greater Barbour's Chapel Baptist Church in Texas City, Texas He leaves with beautiful memories the love of his life, his wife, Mrs. Lou Bertha Washington, three brothers, three sisters, brother and sister in laws and the Greater Barbours Chapel Baptist Church family.
