Trevor Shane Foreman

Trevor Shane Foreman, beloved son, father, brother, grandson and friend, was born November 16, 1991 in Galveston, Texas to Troy Otems and Ginetra Foreman. Trevor was educated in the public schools of Dickinson, Texas. He attended Dickinson High School where he was Star Quarterback and Safety for the Dickinson Gators during his Junior and Senior years. He was a 2010 graduate of Dickinson High School. Trevor was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Dickinson under the leadership of Pastor Lewis D. Little. On June 12, 2013, God released Trevor's soul from the pains and cares of this world and called him home to rest. Left to cherish his memories are his daughter, Sariah Foreman; his father and step-mother, Troy and LaToya Otems; his mother, Ginetra Foreman; his sisters, Celeste Darensburg, Jermesha Smith and Monique Hambric; his brothers, Kyle Bush, Vanin Darensburg, Jafar Otems and Jalil Otems; his grandmothers, Mildred Brazile and Katherine Foreman; his devoted companion and mother of his daughter, Latrina Jenkins; his aunts and uncles, Shelesha Foreman,Margaret Holt, Linda Holt, Elaine Holt, Rosiland Holt, LaShaun Otems and Cynthia Brazile, Reggal Foreman, Gerald Otems, Kevin Otems, Quinton Otems and Robert Otems; nieces, nephews, and a host of cousins, family members and friends.
