I passed away on September 3, 2025 at the age of 86. I was born October 3, 1938 in Columbus, OH to Bertha R. (Clifford) Holland and Louis G. Holland. I am survived by my children: Walt (Connie), Jim (Renee), Mary, Susie (Tim), and John. Grandchildren: Angie (Brian), Josh (Jennifer), Tania (Joni), Tabitha (Shane), Crystal (Pete), Meganne (Joe), Cory, Nick (Chelsea), and Brooke (Caden). Great-Grandchildren: Kendall, Gavin, Gideon, Portia, Daisha, Reuben, Rachel, Gabriel, Arianna, Colton, Emaleigh, Madyson, Emerson, Alayna, Charlie, Elly, Vivian. Sisters: Susie, Ginny, and several nieces and nephew; Former daughter-in-law Karen. All my bridge ladies, yoga friends, Cameo League, Curves, and many other friends. I was preceded in death by my parents and my brothers-in-law Carl (Mike) Corn, Bill Hummel and his grandson Billy Hummel Jr. I served on the Heritage, OU-L Alumni, and Cameo League Boards. I was a member of Olivedale, DACO, Charity Newsies, and Bridge clubs. My one real passion was auto racing; Nascar, Indy Car, Formula 1, and drag racing. I did a ride along at Kentucky Speedway when I was 68 years old, the top speed was 165 MPH. I went back the following year at 69 years old and drove the race car myself, top speed was 126 and averaged 117 MPH. In between racing I watched college and pro football. I lived a great life, survived four different types of cancer and aplastic anemia.
