Beatrice "Arlene" Taylor

“Well done thou good and faithful servant... Enter into the joy of the Lord.” Matthew 25:21 Beatrice “Arlene” Taylor, 79 of Lancaster, went home to be with the Lord on July 5, 2018 at Fairfield Medical Center. Arlene is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Danny Taylor, of Lancaster. Father, Robert D. Robb, of Lancaster. Sons, Ira (Abbey) Straits, of Mebane, N.C. Robert Straits, of Whitehall. Daughters Penny Lescalleet, of Lancaster, Paula Cupp, of Lancaster. Son, Thomas (Melissa) Straits, of Lancaster. Step-daughters Kim Taylor, of Columbus, Shaunta (Brian) Teeters, of Pickerington, and Kandi Clay, of Canal Winchester. Brothers, Randy, Curtiss and Eddie Kepler. She was a loving grandmother to Christopher (Mary) Straits, Crystal Straits, Stacie Borders, Jason Straits, Nathan (Jenna) Straits, Erin Straits, Kaleigh Straits, Shane (Alyssa) Lescalleet, Heather (Clay) Templin, Haley Cupp, Ashton Straits, Colin (Melissa) Straits, Connor Straits, Chandler Straits, C.J. Bommarito, Kirsten and Brayden Clay. She was a great grandma to 13 and great-great grandma to 3. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Bob Straits, her mother, Mary Robb, sister, Joanna Turner, and grandson, Andrew Lescalleet. Arlene will forever be remembered for her love for God, her love for family, her compassion, and her willingness to serve. “To know her, was to love her” would be an understatement, and that love will live on in her family and friends. A celebration of her life will be held at New Life Christian Center on Monday July 9, 2018 at Noon with Pastor Gary Keller officiating. A time to visit family will be from 6pm – 8pm Sunday at the church, and 10am-Noon prior to service. Graveside service will be private
