He worked with his father at Forever Floors Tile and also at Carnival Foods. Survived by: his parents Terry and Candy Smith, grandparents Sam and Vonda Strawn, great grandmother Florence Hart, a sister Amy Rhonemus; nieces Lacey and Addilyn, nephew Mason, sister and brother in law Audrey and Shaun Rowe, nephew Ty and niece Bayleigh, also close cousin Rick Davis all of Lancaster. Chad attended Lancaster Community Church. His love of life, smile and laughter will always be easy to remember. He will truly be missed and forever on our minds.
Dignity cremation has taken place. A memorial get together will take place at a later date.
