Charles E. Neighbor 1927-2020 passed away peacefully at home April 9, 2020. Dad, Charlie (Uncle Duck) will be missed by his daughter and son-in-law Kiz and Joey Rodgers, daughter-in-law, Pam Neighbor, 14 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends. Dad was preceded in death by his bride Leona, son Greg, daughter Grace, parents and brothers. A graveside service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers a donation in Charlie's name to your favorite charity would be appreciated.
