Ernest Michael Jack, born on April 13th, 1950 passed away on October 17th, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Nieser Jack of 33 years; sister, Patricia Long; and nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, October 23rd, 2021 at 11AM for family and friends at Hampson Cemetery, Pleasantville, Ohio.
Arrangements are being handled through HALTEMAN-FETT & DYER FUNERAL HOME.
