Harold L Siler Jr., 94, of Lancaster, passed away peacefully on Wednesday July 9, 2025 at his home where he wanted to be. Harold was born February 6, 1931 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Harold L Siler Sr. and Martha Hankinson Siler. Harold graduated from High School in 1949 and started working for Anchor Hocking Plant 35 as a Machinist and later was the Field Service Representative until retirement in 1990. He was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Katherine, sons James and Allan Siler, parents and brother, Carl Siler.
He is survived by his son, Michael (Linda) Siler, grandchildren, Pastor Justin (Angela) Siler, Corey Siler, Sunny Degarmo, Brittany Boystel, 9 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. No calling hours per Harold’s wishes. Services will be held at Fairview Cemetery Mausoleum, Rockbridge at 11:00 AM Monday July 14, 2025 with Pastor Justin Siler officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a Fairhope Hospice and Palliative Care, 282 Sells Road, Lancaster, Ohio.
