Helen M. Riggs

Helen Marie Riggs, age 85 of Columbus, formerly of Lancaster, Ohio was born May 30, 1928, Wellington, Ohio and left this life, Saturday, July 19, 2013. She was an active member of Central College Presbyterian Church, Westerville, charter member of Fairfield Community Church and active in State and Local Chapters of the American Cancer Society.

She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and is survived by; her children: Andrea (Kevin) Watts, David M. (Janet) Riggs, Mark (Betsy) Riggs, Jan (Tom) Williams, 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Helen was preceded in death by her husband, G. David Riggs.

A Celebration of Life service will be held 7:30 P.M. Tuesday, at the Central College Presbyterian Church in the Ellsworth Chapel with Rev. David M. Redding officiating. The family will receive friends 6:00-7:30 P.M. Tuesday in Ballard Hall at the church prior to services.

The family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society or the Alzheimer’s Association in memory of Helen.
