James “Jim” R Hussey of Lancaster, Ohio passed away peacefully at The Pickering House on May 26, 2026. Jim is survived by his wife of 53 years Jan Etta Hussey (West), daughter Angie (Ryan) Shumaker, grand-daughter Rayne Shumaker, his sister Carol Bowers of Canal Winchester, and many other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Ronald and Jane Hussey of Lancaster, Ohio. Dignity Cremation is to take place through Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held at The American Legion Post 11 at a later date TBD.
