James “Jim” Charles Walters, 77, of Lancaster, Ohio passed away on Monday, November 10, 2025 at Fairfield Medical Center. Jim was born in Fostoria, Ohio to the late Charles Ellsworth Walters and Esther Helen Arnos Walters. Jim was a quiet family man who loved his children and always put family first. He had a strong faith in God, which lead many others to Christ. Jim loved the outdoors and was a runner, participating in many races, loved to sing and often wrote songs. He was a member of the Bridge Church and Thursday morning men’s group.
Survived by his wife of 43 years, Dianna L Walters, son, Bejamin Walters, daughter, Elizabeth “Beth” Walters, brother, Carl (Kathy) Walters, numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents and sister, Alice Noll.
A celebration of life service will occur Friday, November 14, 2025 at 7:00 PM at Bridge Church, 115 W 5th Ave, Lancaster, Ohio.
