Janet Louise (Stivers) Tignor, 70 of Lancaster, passed away on Friday, November 29, 2024. Janet was born in Mason, West Virginia on April 30, 1954. Janet graduated from Hocking Technical College with a degree in Medical Information Technology. She worked for Fairfield Medical Center Diagnostic Imaging and The James Cancer Hospital as a Medical Coding Technician.
Janet is survived by her husband, Mark T Tignor, son, Joseph Tignor, daughters, Mary (William) Tucker and Anna (Chris) Dittoe; grandchildren, Makenzie (Jake) Holland, Joel (Claire) Dittoe, Bryson Tignor, Braxton Tignor, Wyatt Tucker and Morgan Tucker; great granddaughter, Piper Dittoe; mother, Betty Lou (Hawk) Stivers, sister, Rebecca (Michael) Hargraves, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Janet was preceded in death by her father, William E. Stivers, brothers, Infant Rick Stivers and Junior Hawthorne, in-laws, Robert and Shirley Tignor.
Memorial services will be held 1:00 pm Tuesday December 10, 2024 at Grace Community Christian Fellowship, 904 E Main Street, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
