Jonathan L. Archer, 73, of Lancaster, passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2025. He was born in Columbus, Ohio to the late Ralph and Gertrude Archer. Jonathan retired from the City of Lancaster Wastewater Department. He loved working outdoors and watching mysteries. He was a history buff and attended St. Bernadette Church. Most of all, he was a wonderful, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his children, Amy Archer and Jeremy (Stephanie) Archer; grandchildren, Skylar Archer, Zoie Archer, Dominic Archer, and Paige Archer; and his brother, Joe (Jan) Conrad.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dixie Archer and brother, Rick Conrad.
Per his wishes, Dignity Cremation is to take place through the HALTEMAN-FETT & DYER FUNERAL HOME.
