Karen Blosser

Karen S. Blosser, 72 of Lancaster passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021. Karen was born on June 7, 1949 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Charles Thomas Lunsford and Bernadine Helen Wharton Lunsford. She was a 1967 graduate of Lancaster High School. Karen was a Secretary for Lancaster City Schools for 25 years. In her free time, Karen loved to go shopping and having lunch with her friends. Most of all, she loved spending time with her two grandchildren.

She is survived by daughter, Gina (Dustin) Knight of Lancaster; grandchildren, Spencer and Chloe Knight; brother, Gary (Myrna) Lunsford as well as many other loving family members.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George E. Blosser, parents; son, Deputy Chad Edwards.

Visitation will be held on Thursday September 2, 2021 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm and one hour prior to the service Friday at the HALTEMAN-FETT & DYER FUNERAL HOME. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Friday at the funeral home with Pastor John Edwards officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery, Lancaster.
