LANCASTER: At approximately 10:30 A.M. on Monday, October 17th Larry David Calvert 73, passed at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, Ohio. With his two children there at the time of his passing, Larry went without pain or suffering. Defined by his selflessness as a father, his work ethic that included over two decades at Ralston Purina and his great kindness as a man with a big and gentle heart he will be missed by many, friends and family alike.
Larry was preceded in death by his mother Elsie and father Cecil Calvert, and brother, Jim Calvert.
He is survived by his daughter, Julie Mowery and two sons, John Mowery and Everett Calvert and two beautiful grand-children, Kristen and Ashlin.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 21st, 2016 at 1PM at the HALTEMAN-FETT & DYER FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Joel Seymour officiating. Friends may visit on Friday ONE HOUR prior to the services. Burial to follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.
